Refund policy

Invitara does not charge for anything, so there is nothing to refund. Here is what that means in practice.

  1. 1.There are no charges

    Designing an invitation, publishing it, sharing the link, collecting replies and using the dashboard are all free. We do not ask for card, UPI or bank details at any point, and no part of the service is sold.

  2. 2.If someone asks you to pay

    Invitara will never ask you or your guests to pay to open, publish or reply to an invitation. If you receive a request for payment that claims to be from us, do not pay it, and please tell us at the address below so we can look into it.

  3. 3.If things change

    If we ever introduce optional paid features, we will publish a full refund policy on this page before anything can be bought, and we will update our terms of use. Invitations that are already published will stay free.

  4. 4.Problems with your invitation

    Although there is nothing to refund, we still want your invitation to work. If something is broken or not showing as expected, contact us with your invitation’s link and we will help.
