What your wedding invitation can do

  • An opening with ceremony

Palace doors, a wax-sealed envelope, a film title card or gold foil to scratch away. The first tap sets the mood.

  • Haldi to Reception, day by day

Add every function with its date, time, venue, dress code and a short note. Guests see them in order, grouped by day.

  • Up to five guest groups

Family, college friends, colleagues: each group gets its own link and sees only the functions it is invited to.

  • Directions for every venue

Each function links straight to Google Maps, so nobody ends up at the wrong lawn or the wrong hotel gate.

  • Replies by function

Guests choose which functions they will attend and how many are coming. Your caterer gets numbers per event, not guesses.

  • Updates that reach everyone

Shuttle timings changed or the Mehndi moved indoors? Post it once and it shows under the bell on every invitation.

Why couples send their wedding invitation as a link

An Indian wedding is rarely one event. It is four or five, spread across two or three days and sometimes two cities, and every guest needs a slightly different version of the plan. A printed card can hold the main date and the venue. It cannot hold the dress code for the Haldi, the time the shuttle leaves for the Pheras, or the fact that the office crowd is invited only to the Reception.

Invitara keeps all of that in one place and lets you decide who sees what. Your family link opens the whole itinerary. Your friends see the Sangeet onwards. Colleagues see the Reception. Every link still opens with the same moment: doors swinging apart, a seal breaking, your names appearing like the first frame of a film.

And because it is a link, it stays correct. When plans move, and at a wedding they will, you change the invitation itself rather than sending a correction into twelve different family groups. Every reply lands in your dashboard with headcounts per function, ready to export for the caterer and the hotel.

Wedding invitation questions

Yes. Create up to five guest groups, such as Family, Friends and Office, and tick the functions each group can see. Every group gets its own link. Guests only see, and only reply to, the functions on their link.

Start with your names and the first function

The Studio shows your invitation live as you type. Add the rest of the functions whenever you are ready.
